Las Pintaderas - Unique spot in front of the sea

Las Pintaderas enjoys one of the most spectacular scenic seaviews of Tenerife's coast. The apartment, recently fully refurbished, is by the cliff, meters away from a natural protected area and and surrounded by sub-tropical trees. Perfect for couples and visitors looking for a special spot to relax and/or work, in a quiet environment and with full privacy, just 300 mts away from the centre of the town and plenty of services (supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, public transports). The space The apartment is the guest house of our family house. It is located 300 metres away from the centre of El Sauzal, one of the most attractive towns in Tenerife, well-known for its quietness, seaviews and green areas. Our place is around 10 minutes away by car from Tenerife North Airport (TFN) an 50 minutes from Tenerife South Airport (TFS). The apartment has a big closet, full bathroom (with shower) and a small office including fridge, micro-wave and sink. There are two bed with individual mattresses which may be kept together or separate. It includes a table and chairs for those visitors who need a comfortable place to work (although the terrace is also an excelent spot to that end). Guest access Our guests have access to the terrace with amazing views over the sea, as well as to the subtropical garden by the apartment. In order to respect other guests, smoking is only permitted outside. The apartment grants fully privacy to our guests. However, we may coincide from time to time while we take care of our plants and trees at our garden. Other things to note There are some stairs that need to be in order to access to the apartment, so it may not be apt for persons with highly reduced mobility.
