The apartment has many facilities such pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, ATM, cafes, restaurant and taxi pool. It's also close to some malls like Citywalk, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Ciputra World mal, Tanah Abang, etc. Guest access You can access to : - Netflix and YouTube on smart TV at living room. - Pool, sauna, jacuzzi at ground floor. - Gym is at 2nd floor (in zone 2) - Secured unit because we use access card to enter the building. Other things to note Notes: - For MONTHLY booking, price still excludes water, electricity, and maintenance fees. - For Monthly booking, we require Deposit IDR 8.000.000 that paid maximum when you are checking-in.
