Double room in Triana neighborhood

My apartment has a lot of light, 2 elevators, Triana, has a lot of life, and is 20 minutes from Plaza de España, neighborhood Santa Cruz, Catedral. I live in the flat, I am very sociable. I only speak Spanish. PLEASE NOTE, ENTRY IS ONLY UNTIL 10pm. If you can't check in within that time I won't be able to greet you, I'm sorry. THE KITCHEN AND WASHING MACHINE ARE NOT AVAILABLE The space It's very close to downtown, in Triana, one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Seville. You can walk to the Torre del Oro, Plaza de Toros, Cathedral, Plaza de España, Archivo de Indias. You don't need public transportation or a car as it's so close to downtown that you can walk there. It also has several supermarkets. Cooking is NOT allowed, you can use the microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Guest access The TV is not included. There is no heating or air conditioning, but I can offer you a fan in the summer and a stove in the winter During your stay I like my guests to feel at home. I am sociable and respectful and I request the same treatment from you. I love traveling, meeting people from other cultures, and learning about life.
