Possibility for large families or friends to rent the neighboring 21 m² studio for 4 people. The space - An exceptional setting, Tignes Val Claret (2100 m above sea level) in the center of the Killy area ski area and the most beautiful slopes in Europe. - Ideally located in the heart of Val Claret, with direct access to the slopes by the TUFFS chairlift and ski schools (at the foot of the residence), shops, supermarket, press, restaurants, pharmacy or cinema. - Located on the top floor (with elevator) of the Le Prariond residence, 36 m² studio, bright with balcony, to enjoy the sunshine and an ideal view of the mountains and the slopes. Its features - Individual studio for 5 people. - Access to the residence through a door with digicode. - 5 beds with a sofa bed for 2 people (living room), a closed bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 extra mattress (to be placed either in the bedroom or in the living room). - Bathroom with bathtub and storage. - A kitchen equipped with dishes, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. - A flat screen TV. - Lots of storage for extra comfort. - A ski locker with key is available in the lobby of the residence. Other things to note linens are provided: sheets, bath towels and dish towels. cleaning must be done at the end of the stay but we can offer you a cleaning service to allow you to fully enjoy your stay :) we will also gladly offer you our covered garage if it is available during your stay - for an additional fee.
