The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Rome, 200 meters from the Vatican's gates and its museum, St. Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. The space My fiance is an architect and we chose our apartment in a typical building in the Prati district, our favorite neighborhood in Rome. It is in the center of all amenities. You will find across the street the most famous food market of Rome (Trionfale market), the 24/24 supermarket is 5 minutes walk, the Italian bakery on the doorstep and the Ottaviano metro station is 2 minutes walk. We have designed and renovated this apartment carefully and with love since it is an apartment in which we live part of the year. Indeed, we travel a lot for professional reasons and we wish to make discover our apartment and our beautiful city of Rome to respectful people who appreciate a certain comfort. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with elevator. It is very bright and welcoming. It is composed of a spacious open space with living room and fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a master suite with private bathroom. The living area is composed of the area living room with a sofa bed, a TV with Apple TV and Netflix. The sofa bed is very comfortable (mattress 365 days), which makes our apartment ideal for couples traveling with children, or groups of friends. The living room is very quiet, thanks to the double glazed windows which are equipped with darken electric shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook Italian 'pasta'! At your disposal: Dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, washing machine, dryer machine, iron, etc. A first independent bathroom is available for people sleeping on the sofa bed, and it is composed, a rain shower, toilet, a washbasin and a bidet. The master suite is composed of a queen size bed and an open dressing. It is very comfortable and very silent also thanks to the double-glazed windows that overlooks the interior courtyard of the building. It has a private bathroom with a large rain shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The apartment is air-conditioned. We provide bed linen and towels (1 set per person composed of a body towel, a face towel and a hand towel + bath mat). There is also a hairdryer in each bathroom. Free WIFI and printer at your disposal. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment and even if we are pet-friendly we do not accept them.
