Short walk to beaches. The entry is special, Pepe Munoz created mosaics that line the walls of the entry and portico making the entry a work of art, recognized by the town hall. The space This authentic apartment is located in the heart of Tarifa's old town, just 100m from the Puerta de Jerez. It is perfect for a Tarifa holiday with your partner. Just a few steps from this house there are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as smaller supermarkets that usually open even on Sundays. Parking at the large public carpark is a 2-3 minute walk to the apartment. This is an old-town apartment which kept its original charm during the re-building some years ago . Parts of the old stone walls are exposed and fit perfectly with the old wooden beams on the ceilings. The floor tiles accentuate the rustic Andalusian style. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The Rustico B is complete and in good condition. In the cooler months between November and April the electric heater provides warmth, in summer the thick stone walls maintain a pleasantly cool temperature. The access to the apartment is via the beautiful Andalusian Patio (courtyard). The apartment is on the first floor of the building with a small terrace overlooking Calle de la Luz. Calle de la Luz is closed to car traffic in the summer (foot traffic only!). Starlink Wifi Internet included! Guest access Washing machine may be made available upon request.
