Your perfect seaside retreat awaits! 💕🌴🌴 The space 🏡This generous 100sqm. apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ensuite, spacious living room & dining with a large balcony of stunning ocean views. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bespoke oak-wood furniture and beautiful coloured polished concrete floors. Both bedrooms are spacious, well lit and generously furnished with oak wood beds, working desks, new linens and Teraflex mattresses to make you feel at home. We have a modern kitchen with induction stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. You can enjoy your meals with a sea view anytime. Our apartment is located near by convenient amenities. Only 200 meter walking distance to the beach, shopping malls Market Village, Blu'Port, Intercontinental Hotel and International restaurants. The building has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, parking and CCTV 24 hour security. At the ground floor, there is a 7-11 convenience store, ATM machine, and public taxi stand until 17PM. Thank you.🙏 Guest access 🪴Swimming pool | Gym | Carpark • Guests can access to swimming pool on the 3rd floor to relax at the terrace lounge until 18PM • Swimming pool is only allowed for the guests who stay not for outsiders. • Guests can access to the gym room on the 2nd floor until 18.00PM. • Guest can park one car free at the ground floor. Other things to note Dear Guests, Thank you for choosing or considering to stay with us. Before you confirm your reservation, please kindly read rental details instructions and let us know if you have any questions. Check-in instruction✨ 1) Passport or ID card is required for check-in with the Building Manager on your arrival day. 2) A Security Deposit THB 10,000 Required for staying more than 35 Nights 3) A Security deposit 25% of the rent on High season period or festive🎉 To reserve the property for high season period during ( 1st December - March)., a security deposit needs to be transferred to the host to secure the booking. 4) A Security deposit will be refundable to the guest on check - out date by cash or transfer within 24hrs. after deductible utilities expenses and (or) any property damages. (if any) 5) On arrival date: The building technician or building manager will be taking a record of water & electricity meters on arrival date and check-out date. 6) Standard check- in time • Check-in Time is 14:00pm • If guests arrive want to earlier than 14pm, please kindly let us know in advance. 7) Check- out instructions and kindly ask for guest cooperation: - Check out time 11.00 am. - Late Check-out after 14pm. (50% of the rent will be applied) - Late Check- out after 15pm. (Full day rental will be applied) - Guest please kindly let us know 24hrs in advance on your check out time. So that we can organize the checkout for you. - Please kindly do not leave air conditioning on when you leave the property. Leaving the AC on will be fined 1,000 BHT. - Guests kindly return a room key and keycard to the building manager only at the G.floor at Juristic office. - Please do not leave the room key with anyone else except the building manager (or security guard only by host instructions). 7) Loosing room-key or keycard There is a fine to make new set of THB 1,000. 8) Room cleaning service 🧹👯♂️ • If guest stay 1 - 3 months, we provide free room cleaning service every other week. (2 times a month not included laundry service) • An extra room cleaning service requires is THB 800 BHT. Guest can reserve with us 4-5 days in advance. • Laundry service (for 2 bedrooms) bedsheets, sheets, and all towels is THB 600. 9) Monthly rental electricity & water expenses are not included. These expenses depends on units used. It is measured by meter/unit on check-in and check-out date. • Electricity 7 BHT/ 1 unit • Water 18 BHT/ 1 unit • An estimate used per month (THB 5,000 - 7,000/month) Thank you very much for staying with us.
