The space The property is located on the 1st floor of a large house and extends over 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and a shared bathroom with shower as well as a kitchen. The bedrooms are newly renovated, the kitchen and bathroom partially. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, two beds are queen size with oversized duvet. For an occupancy of 4 people, each guest has their own room. Linens and towels are of course included. We also offer slippers, iron, ironing board, extra pillows and blankets. In the bathroom you will find additional towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. In the kitchen there is a large counter with 5 seats, fridge, microwave, a 2-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes and cutlery. Free water, coffee, coffee cream, cookies and fruit are included. These rooms are not a vacation home or party location, but are rented exclusively to business customers or visitors to trade fairs and similar events. Therefore, the kitchen is intended exclusively for the preparation of breakfast, beverages, snacks and for warming up small meals. Preparation of food on a larger scale is not permitted due to the odor and contamination of the rooms. There is a private courtyard where parking is available between 8 pm and 8 am, by appointment. Please contact us in advance if you plan to come by car, as parking spaces are assigned after registration. Public parking on the street is free, but due to the proximity to the city center, it is not always available directly in front of the property. Since prices in Nuremberg are very high during the trade fair season, we would like to offer affordable accommodation. Therefore, the prices are calculated per person per night. Additional people can be booked at any time. A reduction in the number of people or nights counts as a cancellation and is not possible. Please inform us up to 24 hours before check-in, otherwise we will have to charge an extra fee for re-commissioning the cleaning service. Unregistered guests are expressly not permitted. If this rule is disregarded, we are entitled to immediate cancellation. Guest access You have access to all rooms on your floor. Other things to note We rent exclusively commercially to companies and business people who visit the Nuremberg Trade Fair. Additional unregistered guests are expressly not permitted.
