The induction cook top is safer compared to traditional cook tops, especially in a high density building. Please note that induction cook tops use a hydro method so you may need to adjust your cooking methods (less water for example for prepping breakfast meat). Induction cooktops heat up fast and efficiently. The preferred power for most cooking is between power 2 to 3. We do not use any synthetic fragrance inside the unit except activated bamboo charcoal and some essential oil hydrosols from plans. We have guests that are sensitive to traditional air fresheners.
