Sandbanks Ground Floor 2 Bed Apt, beach 3mins walk

Gr Floor, 3 mins walk to Sandbanks Blue Flag beach, also 3 mins walk to Ferry to Studland bay & Brownsea Island. I have tried to create everything you need for a fun and relaxing self-catering holiday or break whether a couple or family so you can just arrive ready for fun :) Loads of long sandy beaches, fab walks, bike riding & every water sport you can wish for - there are oodles of things to do in any weather. There's a lovely sunny balcony to sit outside and own side access The space My apartment has everything you need in it from an iron & ironing board to corkscrew and a coffee machine. There is a dishwasher / washing machine /fridge freezer and all the cutlery / plates / pans you will need to have a complete self catering experience. The double bedroom has a TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers also room for the travel cot. The single bedroom which has BUNK BEDS , however they are large enough to suit adults as well. There is a travel cot if required and a high chair, collapsable baby bath . The sitting room has a TV and music player. There are a few toys, books and games also lots of information on local places to visit and eat. There is a balcony accessed by double doors from the sitting room and a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. You can also wash your sandy feet on the balcony Guest access The whole apartment is available to you as a guest and the parking space is located as you drive down to the rear of the property, 3rd space on the lefthand side after the kayak. There is an intercom to the flat. The other residents in the building are friendly and accommodating. Other things to note As you drive onto Sandbanks peninsular there is a small Tesco's which it's worth picking up some essentials if you've had a long journey. However the cafe at the Ferry (3 minutes walk) does a fantastic full English breakfast.
