Cabin overlooking pond to sea

A little 10m2 cabin located above a unique little pond with diving board and slide. Overlooks the sea. Beach easily accessible. Small beach bar directly in front. Reasonable surf and good fishing. Close to cafes, walking tracks, surf, Oakura and Opunake beaches. The space Cabin is off the grid so there is no microwave or TV. However it has all you should need. LED lighting and a small inverter to charge cellphones and laptops. We provide a chillybin with ice which will keep your drinks/food cool. Next to the cabin is a cookhouse/shower/flush cassette toilet. Two burner gas cooker with pot/frypan/cutlery etc. Small BBQ available on request. Good sink and benchtop. 10l/m califont and good shower. LED security lights. Comfy, warm and cosy. Right on the beach. 5 minutes from Okato township with a takeaways and grocery supplies. Right on Surf highway 45 with a heap of good breaks. The beach is a typical west coast beach and not great for swimming though it's ok for a dip at high tide in the boat race. Oakura beach 15 minutes up the road. We have found it to much hassle for single nights so only take booking for two or more. Note that cellphone reception is a little patchy at cabin. Is ok a few steps up the road. Please bring your own linen though it can be provided for $20/stay. Washing machine and dryer available up at our house. .
