My place is close to the middle of Leipzig Neuseenland, art and culture, restaurants and food, parks. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the lakes and the city. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, also ideal for cyclists, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please discuss everything with us beforehand. The space It is a beautiful apartment with about 51 m², fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 living/bedroom and a spacious kitchen for sitting, bathroom with shower. The apartment was renovated in 2009 and everything is functional. Please discuss everything with us beforehand. Ideal for 4, with children also 5 people. Guest access In the green courtyard, a swing, trampoline & more are available for the little guests. For the grown-ups, a bench with a parasol and a grill. Other things to note Don't worry, the bees haven't stung or harassed anyone yet, not even my two lively children. They are in the garden behind the house. I will be happy to show them to interested guests, also with honey tasting. Otherwise, you won't see them because they prefer to fly to the flowers than to people.
