The property sits on a no through road , sandwiched between Jalan Kelawai and Gurney Drive a major tourist destination. We are right in the hub of the "Golden Triangle " of Penang and a 3 min walk to Paragon , Gurney shopping mall, G Hotel . Gurney night hawkers and a 7 eleven is right at the back . It is ideal for a business stay or a long stay guest . The house has lots of open spaces , has good natural ventilation in common areas, a large garden and a back balcony on the 1st floor. The space The room is ideal for a couple who likes some quiet time away from the busy city traffic . The room's private entrance is at the end of a beautiful lush garden . The attached private bathroom is small , but fully equipped with toilet , wash basin and hot shower . Please note that the kitchen has only breakfast facilities and no cooking facilities .The room is small but still fits a queen-sized bed. The sheets, duvet and towels are of hotel quality . There is a bathroom in this room equipped with soap, shampoo and hot water shower system . While the bedroom is a little compact ( smallest room in the house ) , the advantage is it opens out to a private garden . Post covid19 , this will be an ideal room for a busy executive to come home to . There is little or no human contact necessary with a private keybox , private access to the room and lots of open space being next to a garden Guest access My home is huge and definitely low density having only 7 listed rooms . There's a dining room that guests can go to for breakfast or coffee or tea . The large main hall has a tv and remote at your disposal . On the ground floor outside are 2 gardens , front and side with shady trees , green shrubs and even a vintage swing . It is an excellent choice if you need a cosy & homey stay. Another added advantage is the self check in system where we have put room keys into separate key boxes , so that there's no human interaction required for check in and check out During your stay I work in Kuala Lumpur and do not live in the listed property permanently but i do come back monthly to check on the property .You might get to meet me if you are bookingthe early weeks of the month . However , I am always available over my whatsapp Other things to note We are very conscious of the Covid19 pandemic and are committed to assure guests a high level of hygiene and cleanliness practiced in our home . Rest assured that we sanitize our rooms after every check out and clean the common areas with disinfecting floor cleaners . Please take note of the new sop's for Covid19 at the main hall reception table Most guests love the location as we are walking distance to G Hotel and the shopping malls, restaurants , local cafes , street hawkers . We are also 10 minutes walk to the Indonesian Embassy , so ideal for visa runs . The Adventist Hospital is just next to the Indonesian Embassy .
