A Small homely unit in a shared compound,suitable for holiday and long term stays.1 bedroom,sitting room and kitchen full equipped, smart tv with Netfix,Dstv for news & Audio,WiFi included.The place is air-conditioned and has ceilingfan in the room and Sitting room . At Check in,25 Units for electricity will be provided for guests .YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY Additional Electricity ,it costs about $9 per 56 Units. NOTE: THERE IS NO BACKUP GENERATOR, sometimes there are power cut-offs without notice. The space Every guest gets Fruits or Bottle of Wine for free on check in. WiFi speed; 40Mbps. The outside Compound is shared. You have full and private access to the bungalow. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE PREMISES. Guest access Guests will be able to hang clothes on the rope in the compound. IMPORTANT: 1.) Please make sure the place is clean as you found it the day of your check out. 2.)When you need to clean individually during your stay You will find cleaning things in the house.Sheets will be provided if you ask. 3.) Towels can be changed every two days:ON a CONDITION You have to give the used towel so that we can give you a new towel ||LAUNDRY|| For the Laundry , The washer is on the veranda so guests can be able to clean by themselves USING THE WASHING MACHINE SOAP , NOT ANY POWDER SOAP. TO BE NOTED: GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO WASH TWO TIMES IN THE WEEK , AND NOT ALOWED TO WASH EVERYDAY.Please make sure you have enough clothes to put in the washing mashine,Do not just wash only two to three pics of clothers or very little in the washing mashine make sure is enough if it is deferent fabric choose mixed fabric tha you have enoght clothes to put in the washing. The Washing Powder soap will not be provided, Guests will have to get their own washing powder soap.Please buy washing mashine powder. Other things to note The Place is well Sanitized. Your health is our Priority!!! Whenever a Guest loses or break the Keys, he or she will have to paid 45$ which covers for recovery of a New keys or New door lock and a New Main gate door lock to be changed for security reasons of the Household preservation.
