The apartment has one Euro-king size bed European King Size (160 x 200)and a Sofa bad . The real treat of this place is not just the price but the LOCATION!!! the apartment is so central. Other things to note We love to travel and we always felt the best when we could feel home immediately while staying abroad. Through our travels we started to deslike the hotels as there was nothing personal about most of them and it was even hard to remember them. Although we love the comfort of the hotel rooms. We love this little apartment and you will feel why while you are staying in it. It provides the comfort and conviniences of a boutique hotel and much more. It will be your temporarily home. The apartment is in a huge historical building . Starting from 2026, we only offer long-term monthly rentals, in accordance with the regulations of the 6th district of Budapest. We must draft a simple written rental agreement, and we do not provide any hotel services or cleaning throughout the rental period. There are 2 fans in the apartment! We might install an air conditioning in summer 2025 , in this case The guest will pay for the Consumption if he or she wants to use the air Conditioning , the minmime will be 4 €/ day in advance . This year 2025 until the end of December, we are permitted to do short-term rentals, for one or two days. Starting from the beginning of 2026, according to the new rules issued by the District 6 Council, only long-term rentals are allowed with a minimum of 91 days , we will write a simple lease agreement.Therefore, we are looking to rent in the new year from the first week of January for a period of more than 91 days. We can’t provide any hotel services in 2026 , like cleaning or Food. Starting from the beginning of 2026, what we offer is residential rental . Therefore, a rental agreement must be drafted.
