Pigglesdene Cottage is an exquisite and luxurious 2-bedroom semi-detached property, exuding a superb & contemporary ambience. Nestled in the picturesque village of West Overton, Marlborough, Wiltshire, this dwelling offers a delightful experience. A brief stroll from the River Kennet unveils breathtaking rural vistas, and a 2-mile scenic walk through the Kennet Valley further enhances the charm. Sleep 4, the cottage ensures a comfortable stay, thoughtfully providing all bed linen and towels. The space The accommodation provides two bedrooms: The Master bedroom boasts a beautifully finished solid oak double bed, a fitted wardrobe, and a contemporary ensuite shower (with a rainfall shower option) along with electric underfloor heating. The second bedroom features two single beds and a family bathroom (equipped with a shower over the bath and underfloor heating). All bedrooms are furnished with 100% cotton bed linen and luxurious fluffy white towels. On the ground floor, the cottage offers a spacious lounge with ample comfortable seating, including a warm and cosy wood burner and a large flat smart TV with Netflix access. The inviting and roomy entrance hall leads to the well-appointed kitchen/diner, perfect for relaxed family meals. It is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The outdoor garden features a comfortable courtyard with a garden table and chairs. Additionally, there are two designated free car parking spaces with key safe code access to the cottage (the key safe code will be provided close to your arrival date). The rooms are finished to a very high standard, providing comfortable spaces with complimentary Wi-Fi. Rules: * 1 small to medium-sized, well-behaved dog is allowed. * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. * Parties or events are NOT permitted. * Self-check-in is available (key safe code will be provided a few days before arrival). * Children must be supervised at all times when using the wood-burning stove. * Please inform us promptly of any accidents or breakages. Children and Parents: We provide baby gates, a high chair and a travel cot at the property (available upon request). You may decide whether or not to use the wood burner if you have small children. While there is a fireguard available, please note that the stove's exterior becomes very hot when lit. Ensure that children do not touch the wood-burning stove. Pet Friendly: We welcome one small to medium-sized, well-behaved dog, provided the guests are responsible. All guests are expected to clean up after their dogs and must prevent them from entering neighbours' gardens. Kindly ensure that wet or muddy dogs are dried before bringing them inside. Exercise caution to keep your dog away from the wood-burning stove if you choose to light it. A fireguard is provided to keep animals away from the hot stove. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Thank you for your cooperation. Safety: Your safety is our priority. The house is equipped with Nest fire alarms and a carbon monoxide detector, and the electrical system has been tested. Additionally, a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit (bottom drawers) are provided in the kitchen. Security: There is a camera and floodlight at the rear of the cottage overseeing the designated car park spaces and a Ring doorbell.
