Boasting a light airy open plan living /dining area, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x double), and just a few steps from the main shopping street, 24/7 airport bus stop and a 5 min drive to M1, M50, M42. Ideal for RYANAIR training school, visitors to DONINGTON PARK, CONTRACTORS, and other professionals working in the area. GREAT DEALS FOR STAYS OVER 1 MONTH The space Castle Donington is well served with restaurants, cafes, and plenty of small independent retailers as well as a small co-op. The Old Printhouse is located in a quiet residential street just off the main shopping street. The property dates back to 19c but has undergone major refurbishments the most recent being 2020. It comprises an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, a bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with 2 x 3ft single beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower above. All my beds are pocket sprung with memory foam topper to ensure a good nights sleep. The bedding is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are filled with duck feather and down. The kitchen is well equipped, with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and washing machine. There is complimentary tea and coffee. The lounge area has 2 ultra comfy sofas, flat screen smart TV with freeview and a sound dock for you to access your music library. There is a large dining table and 4 chairs. The car parking space is quite literally just outside the door. There is only parking for 1 vehicle here, but plenty of free parking in Borough Street- 100yds away. DO NOT PARK IN CHURCH HALL NEXT DOOR - AS THEY HAVE A VERY KEEN PARKING SPY...IVE BEEN CAUGHT OUT WITH £90 FINE! N.B. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR. There are 11 steps up from the front door. I also let the apartment below (no.6) which is similar and also sleeps 4 people, making it ideal for larger groups. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and is reached via an 11 step staircase. Other things to note The TV uses a "sky box" as a satellite receiver. We do not have sky subscription, only freeview. However the TV is "smart" and guests are able sign in to the apps using their own accounts. The apartment is on the first floor, and has 11 steps up to it. ONSITE PARKING IS FOR CARS ONLY. We cannot accomodate vans and other large vehicles on the property as it interferes with access to neighbouring properties
