Option of 1 Superking bed or 2 King Single beds in each of the two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Only a 2 minute walk to Lake Wakatipu and just a 10 minute lakeside drive into central Queenstown. Restaurants, Airport, Bus Stop, Water Taxi and Hilton Day Spa all within a 15 min walk. Off street parking. 6 minutes to ski field access road The space Our Garden Apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom can be setup with either 1 Super King Bed or 2 King Single beds. Just let me know prior to your arrival how you would like the beds set up in each bedroom. When five guests are staying the sofa bed in the living room is available to use. The apartment has two bathrooms - one being an en suite. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The apartment also has a front loading washing machine, clothes dryer and outside clothes line. Outside, the Garden and lawn area is yours to enjoy as is the full sized trampoline. For heating and cooling the apartment has three heat pumps. A perfect place to relax after your day exploring. What better way to end your day than to sit back and relax and watch the sunset over magnificent Lake Wakatipu. Guest access Access to the Garden Apartment is down the pathway next to the garage. No need to stress about where to park, as off street parking is available.
