Guest Suite ON The Quay, Bere Ferrers

A newly refurbished cosy studio within a beautiful 15th C cottage on the banks of the River Tavy. Bere Ferrers is a hidden gem of a village near Tavistock in Devon with water frontage (tidal) and 15th C Pub and a 14th C Church. River is tidal with opportunities for wild swimming, water sports, birdwatching, fishing, tennis, horse riding and country walks. Completely new handmade kitchen and wet room with underfloor heating, small bedroom and gallery. Perfect for a relaxing holiday break. The space Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom - all newly refurbished with underfloor heating to a high standard. Guest access Guests have access through the cottage and their own entrance through a pretty stable door. During the summer months there is bistro table and chairs outside for guests’ use but we do not permit BBQs. Other things to note Please note we kindly ask guests NOT to park in front of the cottage but on the road by the hedge in order to respect our neighbours. This is not a typical Devon holiday location and we like to disturb our neighbours as little as possible. Guests are welcome to use Bistro table and chairs in the summer months but BBQs are not permitted.
