Myrto House was originally a residence, first restored in 2006 by its owners to host their friends and relatives in a comfortable and stylistically pleasant way. Myrto house can accomodate 2 couples or a family in the two separate bedrooms. The space ‘Aloizianika 1768’ was originally a residence, first restored and equipped in 2006 by its owners to host their friends and relatives in a comfortable and stylistically pleasant way. The friends who first visited Kythira were so overwhelmed by the beauty of the island and the house itself that the owners decided to turn the house into a guest house. Beyond the high stone walls and the wooden doors of the narrow back streets with the house ruins, the old arches and rooms where integrated into three separate suites, each furnished in its own distinct style with objects of exquisite taste, a combination of modern and traditional handicraft. The three suites function completely independently, each with its own private entrance and exit, bathroom and shower, pleasant and quiet surroundings. There is daily room service and the owners are always happy to make suggestions regarding sight seeing tours and places to visit. They can also help with making dinner reservations, theatre and boat trip bookings round the island. Guest access Aloizianika traditional house has excellent external areas with maginificent view. It is very close to the airport of the island 5km and 15km from the port. There is a parking area. The location is excellent as it is in the center of the island in one of the most characteristic traditional villages of Kythera.
