Private Waterfront Guest House

Located on a Quite Cove adjacent to Copano Bay this place is perfect for Couples, Fishermen, Birders and Business Travelers seeking tranquility and privacy in a beautiful setting we call Paradise. The space Detached from the main House with a private entrance the 300 sq ft Guest House has everything 2 people might need including: one Queen Bed, Comfortable Sleeper Sofa ( 2 air beds also available), a roomy Kitchenette with new Range and Refrigerator, lots of pots, pans, utensils, a Coffee Maker, French Press, Toaster, Roku Tv and High Speed Internet. The outdoor area has a Charcoal Grill, Patio and chairs, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The rest of the property is a shared area with the owners but guest should feel free to use the Lighted Fishing Pier, Boat dock and Outdoor Shower. We maintain a list of great Fishing Guides, Restaurants and Local Events. Other things to note Guest house has 1 queen size bed and a comfortable twin sleeper sofa. An air mattress is available to sleep a total of 4. Keep in mind with 4 people it will be a little crowed. Please let us know in advance if you need air beds. There is a folding table with 4 chairs for dining or cards. No Smoking allowed in the guest house but is allowed outdoors. No Pets
