Townhouse in East Sussex

Our Victorian house with its many original features is ideally located on the West Hill. The Old Town with its charming alleyways, vintage shops, pubs and restaurants is only a 6 minutes walk from the house. The house and the guest bedroom with its wooden floorboard have been attractively decorated. The bedroom has a tea/coffee facilities and a modern en-suite. Living in the house is myself, my husband John and Bertie the cat. The space This comfortable double bedroom is situated on the first floor over looking the garden. The room is decorated in a deep blue calming colour. Facilities include free Wi-fi, a wardrobe and a new en-suite shower room with WC. Although we do not serve breakfast, in the bedroom you will find a kettle, tea/ coffee, fresh seasonal fruits, muffins, and a mini fridge containing milk, yogurts and orange juice. You are welcome to relax in our garden. If you are cycling, you can leave your bikes safely in our basement. Guest access You will get a set of keys to come as you please. After a day on the beach or exploring Hastings, you are welcome to relax in our garden. During your stay I am happy to help guests with any queries they may have regarding their stay in Hastings. I can advise on local attractions and recommend cafes and restaurants. Other things to note This is a quiet home shared with my husband and Bertie the cat. The house is not suitable for babies/children Please note that there are no parking in the street. Free parking can be found on Priory road and around, less than 10 minutes walk from the house. If you do not like walking or have mobility issues then this house is not for you. If you would like to be right on the seafront, in the heart of the Old Town, in St Leonards or simply need street/private parking there are many other establishments which will fulfill those requirements.
