***Easter 2026 *** We have availability! Secure your holidays with us! Contemporary spacious home, nestled in an idyllic rain-forest location. Offering three bedrooms, adjoining luxury bathrooms with spa baths, a second living space - the perfect adults retreat or breakout area for kids, and with a sparkling pebblecrete pool, there is space for everyone to unwind. Crystalbrook Resort is located next door, Tallow Beach is a stroll away. The space House Four is equiped with a cooks kitchen with comprehensive range of appliances and a french door fridge, island bench for additional space and a seperate wine fridge. Connecting to the spacious kitchen is a bright and airy large indoor dining space with long table and its own sliding doors to take advantage of connecting with the beautiful weather outside. The sumptuous fireplace downstairs will provide the perfect backdrop for dinner parties or as a welcoming place to unwind on the designer couch in the cooler months. There are three luxury bathrooms with hot spa baths in all three; and a forth separate toilet connected to the laundry for use whilst utilising the mineral salt cold water, pebblecrete pool. There are two spacious indoor sitting rooms, one on the ground floor with a large couch that comfortably accommodates 8 in prime position in front of the fire, or separate living space upstairs with Apple TV. Upstairs boats air-conditioning units (reverse cycle) and also large windows that allow the cool sea breeze to percolate throughout the cathedral style ceilings of the upstairs floor during summer. This upstairs sitting room is also great for little ones, or as a separate break away area if the house is shared by adults. The property is ideal for families as well, with Leander cot and Leander change table available for guest use. Outside adjoining the pool is a large outdoor entertaining area perfect for an outdoor meal or enjoy a family BBQ in the summer months, or to catch some of that morning sun with a coffee on sunny winter mornings. There is a separate outdoor area on the opposite side of the house that is the perfect place to catch a quiet moment, relax and read a book in the sun. While you're visiting take a walk to Tallow Beach along a private beach track, or turn left over the bridge to Crystalbrook Resort for a local meal, sundowner and/ or spa treatment. Suffolk park bakery is an easy 10 minute walk away, Byron bay main beach is a 5 minute drive. Escape the hustle of city life to this luxury property that has all the comforts of resort style living. 25 minutes south to Ballina airport, 45 minutes north to Gold Coast airport. Tallows@Byron precinct is a secure relaxing and tranquil gated community set in the idyllic rainforest bordering Tallow Creek. Security is maximised with a single entry pin code for front gates , then single entry lockbox code (on arrival) to access personal FOBs, then once in possession of the FOB there are three functions to open each, the front entry gate, driveway gate and garage door - all conveniently automated. We ask all guests respect the comfort of our neighbours - no loud music or noise outside after 10pm. Tallows@Byron is patrolled and unreasonable noise after 10pm is at guests own risk of infringement penalties. Bedding configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: king sized bed (2 king singles to be pre- arranged at time of booking) Bedroom 2: king sized bed (2 king singles to be pre- arranged at time of booking) Bedroom 3: Two single beds (bunk) Upstairs common area: 2 single beds (suitable for children, to be pre- arranged at time of booking extra $50pppn) House Four can sleep up to 8 however bookings for more than 6 guests is an additional $50pppn. The bedding configuration is best suited to 6 adults and 2 children/ 4 adults with 4 children. 7 to 8 adults can be accommodated (as per reviews) however the 7th and 8th beds are in the upstairs common area so not particularly private. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided also, let us know at time of booking and we can arrange to have these items hired at guest expense. POOL: Spring in Byron Bay is known as 'windy season'. The pool is serviced weekly by pool technicians however wind and the occasional storm mean that vegetation debris can be common in the pool surfing spring. We do our best to have this cleaned regularly (prior to your stay, plus weekly), however leaves may be present. Flowing a storm you may note significant vegetation debris - we do our best to monitor local conditions and have the pool serviced again following a windy day/ storm, though this may not always be able to be completed same/ next day. There is a pool scoop available for guest use, if leaves are impeding the enjoyment of the pool area. Please also advise if there are any issues with the pool cleanliness and we can address this as a matter of priority during your stay. WILDLIFE: The property is fully fenced however it is situated adjacent to the rainforest. With all the beauty comes all the wildlife - carpet pythons are generally not aggressive however wouldn't want to risk it with an angry snake and a small child. Please ensure all children are supervised whilst at the property. The carpet pythons do occasionally use the paperbark tree opposite the front door to go up on to the roof. The house is completely clad internally with Gyprock and all doors and windows have flyscreens - we have never had any issues with wildlife inside the house. The 'resident' pythons however, peacefully use the paperbark tree to go about their life on the roof with little interaction - its highly unlikely that you will even see them. However, they are around so be mindful if travelling with small kids. Pets most welcome, subject to approval. We ask no pets on the furniture (hair) but pets are permitted inside provided they have their own bedding. To note if travelling with a small dog, the property is fully fenced though there may be small holes in the back permitter brush-fencing from local wildlife burrowing/ chewing through the brush material (large enough for a mouse) . Brush fencing was replaced March 2025 however please be aware if staying at House Four with your pet, to double check perimeters are ok for your pet. Registration Details PID-STRA-29902
