Woodside House has 12 acres of private gardens, including a heated swimming pool, football pitch, croquet, table tennis, tennis court, sunken trampoline and paddocks. We have super fast broadband plus SKY Plus, Netflix, etc. There is also a Pelton and rowing machine in a dedicated area. The space We are surrounded by countryside so no light or noise pollution. On the property is a self-contained entirely separate cottage within it's own walled garden lived in by a friend of mine. She is generally there just at weekends. She is delightful and if you have any problems that I can't sort out she can. As we are quite close to The Cotswold Wildlife Park you can often hear the lions roaring at night! Other things to note We are very close to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. The only impact is that you will occasionally hear the lions at night! We are 40 mins from Oxford, 35 mins from Soho Farmhouse, 25 mins from Daylesford Farm, 20 mins from Diddly Squat Farm, 10 mins from The Farmer's Dog, 7 mins from Upton Smokery, 6 mins from The Burford Garden Centre, 5 mins from Burford.
