Located in the north part of Tunis Gammarth (Cap Gammarth) is a gated community. The sea view is breathtaking. Cap Gammath is 5 min from the Marsa and only 15 min from the airport. The space There are 2 jacuzzi bathrooms, a large living room facing the sea and an Andalusian-style living room, facing the sea, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 suites plus two large walk-in closets, king size bed in the master bedroom and the other bedroom has 2 beds, a walk-in closet, 2 plasma TVs, Wi-Fi, microwave, oven, dryer, washing machine etc. and a beautiful terrace facing the sea and a room designed and furnished to put suitcases and shoes. The apartment is richly furnished, sheets, towels etc... the tenant will not have to buy anything. Guest access You have access to a very nice sea view restaurant. The apartment is next to a 5-star hotel. Other things to note Access & getting around The residence is located on a main road, which makes it much easier to find taxis at any time. However, to make the most of your stay and explore the area freely, renting a car is highly recommended. The average rate is about €50 per day. Note that the use of a car is generally necessary throughout Tunisia, and not only in our area. I can of course recommend a reliable rental agency if needed.
