Farm stay in Clemmons

This listing is the entire second story (stairs required), containing 2 bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen), 1 bathroom. If booking this listing, you get both bedrooms. The first story is where I live, which offers common areas (Kitchen, TV room & Den sitting areas). Continental breakfast is free; a full breakfast is additional fee (If I am available). I renovated the bathroom (Oct.2019). The space The beds are VERY comfortable and share a bathroom. Hardwood floors, bead board and plaster walls, and antiques round out the decor. Farmhouses have creeks and air conditioning sounds, but are otherwise quiet. Both rooms have small desks for workspaces, but there's tons of space in the common areas too! I have just renovated the bathroom (Oct.2019). It has a taller white subway tiled walk in shower with a new bathroom vanity, LED lights and new mirrors. Guest access I have a lovely front porch, gazebo, and hammock that guests are free to use; as well as sharing our living room (has a large TV w/cable), den, and lovely breakfast room that has a wall of windows to view the pasture and backyard (our pride and joy and a great hang out space). Free WiFi and use of wireless printer as needed. There is a gas grill and a firepit area as well. During your stay We will interact with our guests as much or as little as you wish. We are friendly and personable and can help you with the area. For an additional $10/person (and if we are able to fit into our schedule) we can provide a full breakfast either with us or served upstairs. Continental breakfast, including morning coffee, tea, cereal, and breakfast bars, will be available for free in the kitchen. Just ask if you have special requests, and we can see if we can accommodate you. Other things to note The farm is a wonderful place for children 7+, with plenty of space to play, and the possibility of seeing cows and feeding the 5 donkeys or mule that live here. We live on a quiet rural road, but are only 15 minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. I have a sweet Weimaranar dog (puppy) that lives downstairs with me. For security, we have installed security cameras at all entrances. None look inside and are there for our and your protection.
