The space Private access to entire 1.4 acres. Glorious views. Guest access All 1.4 acres are accessible, there is a fenced garden which is child and dog safe. Please only give dogs access to the kitchen and dining area. Other things to note If you like cockles be sure to take the small rake from the garden shed and a carrier bag. We have found the best cockle beds are on the stiffkey sandbanks- if you walk to the end of the pipe line, then 100m right, and get raking!!!(the rake also doubles up as a good pole vault when crossing mud flats on the way out!)
