Self contained Farmhouse annexe for 2 guests

On the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire border my stone, brick & timber Annexe is close to many of the south of England's popular destinations. Its quiet rural village location gives good access by car to the Cotswolds. It's ideal for couples, individuals & business travellers being just over an hour from London, 10 mins from M4 junc 15 & 15 mins from Swindon station. No visitors other than the guests who have booked in. Non smoking site. The space The ground level is open-plan with a sofa, small desk & chair and TV. The kitchen area is to the rear of the ground level and is ideal for breakfast and simple meals. It has a fridge with ice box, dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven with grill (upgraded from standard microwave for 2017), single induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster with associated basic kitchen equipment, pots and pans. The stone tiled shower room is also accessed on the ground level and has a loo, basin and shower with decent pressure and temperature control, underfloor heating and heated mirror. The bedroom is on the mezzanine which has a small chest with two drawers and a king size double bed. Please ask about late check-out which is sometimes possible depending on availability. Guest access The Annexe and parking space directly outside the Annexe are the areas accessible for guests and whilst there is no garden area, because the Annexe is in the countryside there is a cricket pitch just down the lane for picnics, walks or relaxing. Other things to note A car is advisable to make the most of your stay at the Annexe as there is no pub or shop in the village, but many great pubs and restaurants in the area. Guests find it a quiet country retreat with lots to see and do in the Cotswolds and the other surrounding areas.
