Bright Lakeside Studio w/ water access and a view

Come enjoy this clean and newly renovated studio. From your pillow, you’ll have a view of the lake and Mount Kearsarge. Just walk across the quiet dirt road to the sweeping lawn that leads down to the dock. Bradley Lake is great for swimming and watching loons! Bring your own kayak or paddle board and you’ll be able to explore all of the islands around the lake! Disclaimer: No WiFi or TV The space The studio was one the tack shop for the horse barn that stands behind it. The studio is also part of what was once the original farm house of the property. The property was first a farm and later a summer camp. Now it houses year long and seasonal renters. There is a quiet sandy road that winds through the property that you may see horses on. You are welcome to walk the road or to explore the trail in the woods that goes to our beautiful outdoor chapel. The lake is one of the cleanest in New Hampshire and is home to many loons, herons, and sometimes eagles. Guest access Guests can use the entire studio, the picnic table, the lawn and the dock.
