Newly refurbished annex in a quiet village situated on the edge of the Cotsworlds perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy access from M4 Junction 17 just a 5 minute drive to the property. The annex has a lounge, kitchen dining area, mezzanine bedroom & lovely bathroom. The Kitchenette is well equipped including fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Please Note: The microwave/grill and 2 ringed hob are the only means of cooking. You will also enjoy the use of private decking area, wifi and smart tv. The space A private, modern and clean annex that with suit all your needs whether you are on a country break or staying over to explore our neighbouring cities. 2 night minimum. This space is ideally suited up to 2 adults. The bedroom has limited headroom due to being in the roof of the annex. This accommodation would not be suitable for children or babies and anyone with mobility problems. Parking is available for one vehicle in the secured drive of our home where the annex is situated. You can enjoy a village pub and beautiful french restaurant within walking distance from the property. Tea and coffee is also available with a Nespresso machine with unlimited capsules to use at your leisure. The Market Town of Chippenham is a 10 minute drive away, where there are excellent rail links for you to explore Bath, Bristol with London only 70 minutes away. I will be available to check guests in and familiarise you with the accommodation but will not disturb you during your stay unless you need any further assistance.
