The apartment consists of a kitchen/ living area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom (with a shower). Please note that the flat is on the first floor. The space You are welcome to use the car park at the rear of the property. The apartment has a kitchen area (with an oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle). Bedding and toilet paper is provided but please bring your own towels. Guest access We are located in the center of Skegness, within walking distance of the main attractions: Skegness Pier (and seafront) - 3 minutes walk Pleasure Beach Fairground (and arcades) - 5 minutes walk Lumley Road (high street) - 5 minutes walk Skegness Aquarium - 7 minutes walk Natureland Seal Sanctuary - 8 minutes walk Skegness train station - 10 minutes walk (estimates from google maps) Other things to note We are a family-run business and we are over the moon to be able to host people in fun, sunny Skegness :) please note that the building is quite old and we can't always get everything as 'perfect' as you might find in a chain hotel, but we do our very best to make everything as clean and comfortable as we can.
