The space Our lovely apartment was renovated recently in late 2016 with a modern and sleek kitchen and bathroom. The high ceilings and brick archways give the place a warm and cozy feel. The 30m2 apartment is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests and is located on the basement level (8 steps up, 15 steps down) on a historic building less than 10-minute walk from the Colosseum entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (memory matress, ergonomic bed frames) side tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, TV-satellite and an ensuite bathroom. Your Living area is an open space where you have your kitchen corner fully equipped with electric stove, bread toaster, water boiler and a dishwasher as well. Coffee Gem apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential street near Colosseum and line B metro stop; centrally located and accessible to all of Rome's major historic monuments. The neighbourhood is safe, friendly and, has supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias. To minimize contact from person to person, our accommodation is set-up for a SELF CHECK-IN. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively reserved for my guest. Other things to note We greet our guests personally for check-in at the apartment address. Guests can opt for a self check-in with a locker key along with a video on how and where the key can be retrieved (No additional fee) A late arrival fee of €30 for check-ins from 9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. A late arrival fee of €50 for check-ins from 12:00 a.m. onwards.
