The house is the perfect setting, whether you are looking for an active vacation or relaxation and a stack of books. The space The house is located on a quiet side street with its own parking space. The 83 m2 house is furnished with a main entrance to the foyer, 3 separate, bathroom/toilet, as well as the house's gathering point, where you will find a nice kitchen with all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, large dining table, sofa group, wood stove, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with Apple TV (incl. program package) and Sonos. The house's large bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a view of the green garden. In addition, two additional rooms with two separate beds in each room. All rooms have spacious wardrobes. From the entrance, there is access to a large and toilet. The house's washing machine is also here. From the house's central room, there is access via double doors to a large, partially covered wooden terrace and a lovely, sheltered natural area with sun, shelter and shade among the large old trees, where wildlife in the form of birds, squirrels and wild animals comes very close. At the bottom of the garden, there is a cozy fireplace, which forms a nice gathering point for big and small at the end of the day. The kitchen is well equipped with good kitchen utensils. On the terrace, there is both a Weber gas grill and a kettle grill. In connection with the house, there is a separate shed with garden table and chairs, games for the garden, bicycles, tools, etc. Guest access You have access to the entire house and can use of all the facilities. Some cabinets will be marked as private. Other things to note CLEANING Unless otherwise agreed, the house must be left cleaned upon departure. When booking the house, please inquire about the possibility of final cleaning for a separate fee (approx. DKK 1,000) Please tidy up nicely inside and outside. Inside: - Vacuum the whole house - Clean the toilet and bathroom - Clean the kitchen - Empty the refrigerator and cupboards of food - clean plates/cutlery and kitchen utensils Outside: - Put garden furniture in place - wipe down tables, chairs and benches - clean the grill - clean up the fire pit CONSUMPTION The price of the stay includes the consumption of water and electricity, unless the consumption of water and electricity during the stay exceeds DKK 150 on average per night. Normal consumption of water and electricity is approx. DKK 50 per day.
