Old Maltings Annex

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave The space Situated in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the annex is a peaceful place to come and stay. We live next door. We have friendly dogs, cats and horses on our farm. Guest access You have sole use of the annex. . The tennis court and climbing frame may be used weather permitting. Other things to note There are horses on the property and the tack is in the house so warning to any allergy sufferers. I will provide a welcome breakfast consisting of milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, cereal and bread.
