Cozy Chalet in the Ardennes (4p)

Relax and unwind in our stylish chalet. Our super cozy chalet is brand new and located in a quiet vacation park. There is a spacious, free parking lot, and you can park your car near the chalet. This parking lot is fenced with a barrier. From the vacation park, you can make lots of nice excursions in the nearby area. Ideal area for hiking in the region. The chalet is located in the holiday park "Village les Bois d'Ourthe" (New part of "Le Bochetay"). The space The chalet is furnished for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink (in the cabinet under the sink there is a hairdryer). The living room has a kitchenette that is equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge (no freezer). Through the sliding window, you come to the cozy terrace with dining table and 4 chairs so that you can eat outside. It's a lovely place to be when the sun is shining! The home is equipped with digital TV (TV Vlaanderen) and wireless internet. NEW!!! FROM 12/8/2021 THERE IS A PELLET STOVE IN THE CHALET to make your stay even more cozy! Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house! At the holiday park, there are 2 playgrounds, a tennis and basketball court, and a space for BBQ. Guest access You have the entire home at your disposal. You can check in yourself via the key box in which you will find the key to the front door and the badge for opening the barrier. Other things to note No bed and bath linens included in the rental price. So bring your own. On the double bed is a double duvet. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens can be rented for 15 euros per person, including made-up beds upon arrival. Dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, pepper, salt and oil are provided. Consumption of water and electricity and pellets are included in the price and therefore no hidden or extra costs afterwards.
