My place has wonderful sea views, with easy access almost straight onto the beach which is situated close to the Blue Flag (clean water) rated South Port main beach so is perfect for swimming, walking or sunbathing. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps nine+. A big beautiful indigenous garden, double garage, great security and a pool to top it off. Daily dolphin sightings and great whale watching from July to November! It’s also pet friendly. The space There are 3 bedrooms with 2 of the bedrooms en suite. The main bedroom and the second bedroom have a queen size and a double size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with a bunk bed for 3 children. There's a family bathroom across the passage from the 3rd bedroom with a large double shower. The main bedroom and the 3rd bedroom have sea views. The Main bedroom has a separate veranda. There's a veranda in front of the lounge and in front of the main bedroom with fabulous sea views and a comfortable cane furniture suite and tables and chairs for eating out on the veranda. There's a swimming pool with a child safety net if needed. There's a large garden for children and dogs to play in. (Please note that there are garden walls around the premises and a motorized gate for cars as well as electric security fencing and palisade security gate at the bottom of the garden for access to the beach. Guests with dogs should make sure they have checked that their dogs cannot get out of the property although every effort has been made to ensure dogs cannot escape. Very small dogs or escape artist dogs should be prevented by their owners from escaping as no liability for escaped animals will be accepted). There is very good security with an alarm system, security beams and armed response as well as very secure burglar bars on all the windows and electric fencing, palisade and razor spike security fencing around the whole property. There is a double garage and lots of parking. There are barbecue (braai) facilities. Access to the beach is via a security gate at the bottom of the garden and the beach is less than 20 meters from there. Guest access The whole house is open to guests. Other things to note There is a railway line at the bottom of the garden but it is not in operation
