Riverside Farm fish & family friendly cottage nr.3

Relaxed atmosphere with scenic views of beautiful nature. Bralands Farm borders to a nature reserve with nice hiking trails, canoe center and world class fishing possibilities for perch, pike, trout and salmon. The farm is located in the centrum of Bohuslan and its is not far to many nice places for day trips - se my guide book here on Airbnb for inspiration! The space "Glamping" stands för glamorous camping and are for you who want to relax and explore the nature and surroundings of Bohuslan not living in a tent but in a small cottage with more convenience but still simple and close to the nature and wild life! The cottage consists of one room with two singel beds and a bed soffa. This cottage has electricity, heating and wifi. The cottage is is equipped with a kitchenette enabling residents to make their own snacks and refreshments. There is no running water inside the cottage but you have access to a service house with toilets, shower, shared kitchen and washing machine just 100 m from the cottage by the Farms small nature campsite. The shared kitchen outside the service house, 100 m from the cottage, has everything you have in the cottage except for also running water, sink and microwave. In the cottage you have your own hotplate, pots and pans, spices and oil, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutting board and knife. There is also a bucket, dish soap, dish brush and towel if you prefer to do your dishes in the cottage instead for by the service house just that you have no running water but can use the drinking water from the tank inside the cottage. You have all options and different people prefer different ways and we want to make everybody pleased :) Spring 2020 we built out the service house so it is bigger with more space to sit under the roof and two sink and two out door kitchens instead of only one. We also made two more bbq areas by the service house and we provide our guests with fire wood. Guest access You can use the furniture in the garden and there is BBQ equipment available to use just next to the cottage. If you like to go fishing in the lakes nearby or in the river we offer equipment to rent and can help out to book and buy a fishing license. We also offer a boat and guide depending on weather and availability. During your stay Per and I, Fina, live in another house on Brålands Farm approximately 100 m from the listing. We gladly help you with advice of activities to do in the area to make your stay at Brålands farm unforgettable.
