Spacious living in the old town (with parking)

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central! The space The apartment is at ground level and spacious. Only the bedroom will be moved to the first floor from May 2017. A private parking space right by the house with access via the terrace is available. I can accommodate more people upon request at an extra charge in exceptional cases. Children are always welcome. Guest access Except for my bedroom, you have access to all the rooms of my cozy apartment and will feel comfortable. Other things to note Unfortunately, the apartment is not well suited for toddlers, as the stairs to the bedroom area / loft are open and therefore not safe for little children. Up on the gallery, there is also a risk of a child climbing over the railing and falling down.
