We welcome you to enjoy our private guest house in the historic Yaple Park neighborhood of uptown Phoenix and the celebrated Melrose District with multiple bars, restaurants and vintage shops all within easy walking distance. We are only a few blocks from the light rail which will get you downtown, Sky Harbor Airport, Tempe or Mesa. “This property can’t be used for purposes identified in A.R.S. 9-500.39." Phoenix Short-Term Operating Permit No: STR-2023-000371. The space The guesthouse is behind the main house and is accessed via keypad at the gate and at the door. It is 600 square feet with central air conditioning, wi-fi, separate living room, dining, bedroom and bath. The living room includes a 40-inch Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, dresser, closet/hangers, iron & ironing board, full-length mirror and 32-inch Smart TV. Bathroom has a shower (no tub) and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, and hair dryer. Kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with bottled water & creamers, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave (no stove/oven), dinnerware/cutlery/misc. utensils, some microwaveable cookware and a small crockpot along with a small table and chairs. Outside there is a pergola area with seating, firepit, cornhole and dart board for your enjoyment. The patio area adjacent to the main house is a shared space with a gas BBQ grill and patio table. If you need anything we live in the main house and are available anytime. Guest access Lighted pergola area with seating, gas fire pit, corn hole and dart board is available for guests. Shared access to outdoor gas grill. Other things to note Self check-in with keypad access to gate and guest house so free to come and go as pleased. Street parking only.
