We provide an access badge, so than you can enter the property 24/7 (access only possible with the code between 7am to 11pm). On you check in, please make sure to enter the property and get the badge before 11pm, and to leave it in the apartment on your check out day. The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - The studio is located in a quiet area and has been refurbished. - Ideally located near Montmartre, Grands boulevards and Sacré-Coeur Basilica. You'll be close to many touristic places. - The accommodation is very beautiful with a magnificent modern and chic decoration that will immediately put you at ease. - The studio is very well located in the 9th arrondissement close to the metros, many shops and restaurants. - Fully equipped, sheets, towels and some coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider: - The studio is on the ground floor overlooking a calm courtyard (no passage). - Check-in is autonomous and can be done from 3pm and check-out is until 11am on the day of departure. - You will have at your disposal a set of keys. Housing: You will appreciate my accommodation for its brightness, its modern and chic decoration but also for its ideal location in a quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the ground floor. For your confort, you will have at your disposal: - A charming spacious interior equipped with a queen-size bed, a television, a dining table for 2 people and storage space. - A beautiful fully equipped kitchen: oven microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine and kitchen utensils. - A neat bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower, a basin, a vanity unit, a hairdryer. Other things to note We would like to inform you that it is necessary to have a badge to access the entrance door between 11pm and 7am. During this period, the access code to this door is not functional. For this reason, we have set a time limit for check-in. Please take this into consideration before making your reservation.
