Cozy semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången (Electric car charger)

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our lake cabin and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is located about 500 meters (15-minute walk) east of Mollösund's old community. More info at: www.franklinshus.com The space On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The living room is open up to the roof and large southwest window sections let in properly with light. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and TV. There is also the third bedroom of the house. The bathrooms are fully tiled with underfloor heating and the large one has a hot tub and sauna. The terrace has a dining area for 8 people with full awning and infrared heating. There's also a corner sofa, two armchairs and two sun loungers. The decor has warm natural materials as a theme. Most of the furniture consists of wool, linen, wood, rattan and sisal. A lot is bought second hand. The photographs on the walls portray Mollösund when the fishing was the main industry among the residents. All large acrylic paintings in the house are painted by me (Rickard) and can be purchased if desired. Guest access In addition to the house, access to Tången's private harbor with both sandy beach and swimming area is also offered. In our lake cabin there are fishing gear, life jackets, SUP, beach chairs, crab fishing rods, beach toys and everything needed for a day by the water. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate. Cleaning fee SEK 1,500. The fee is charged afterwards via Airbnb money transfer. It's OK to clean yourself if you want to avoid the fee. 11kW charger for electric car is available. Electricity is included.
