Renovated 1970s apartment with an open air balcony overlooking stunning ocean views A short walk to many attractions including the Lorne Pier, Teddy's lookout and the Tramway Track Walk. It is walking distance from the main beach, cafes and shops Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 QZ beds) Flat often visited by kookaburras, King Parrots, Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and many other native birds Short drive to Erskine Falls, Qudos Art gallery and further to the The Otway Fly and Lake Elizabeth The space Two bedroom flat with one Queen size bed in each (Beds made up, towels and linen provided). The second bedroom also has a Single trundle bed, but linen is not provided for this (suit child with sleeping bag). The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is separate from the toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric stove and oven and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and trough in the laundry but no dryer. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself.
