Peace of mind place "tree-house" feeling

Your “tree-house” is a modern open plan new architecturally designed studio built on a stunning 2,000 square meter very private section which runs down to a fresh water private beach. The property enjoys all day sun and ends with a wonderful sunset on the beach. You have a private beach for an early morning swim as well as the last thing for the evening. Not more than 500 meters from the house you have access to Baltic sea with a board walk on the ocean and two beaches for swimming. The space The tree-house is a two-story building with modern kitchen and bathroom with, dishwasher, WIFI, a BBQ on the deck on the ground floor. Second floor is the peace of mind place with a view out over a field with fruit-trees and the beach all while you’re in the middle of the oak trees leaf’s. It is on this floor you find the double bed facing the beach and a small Futon Sofa that can be made into an extra bed. The house is suitable for 2+1 persons. The property is boarding to a nature reserve with a fantastic possibility for walking / running a 4 km forest walk. On your private beach you have access to a small rowing boat. The lake is a part of the nature reserve and there is no motorboats allowed you mindfulness is there. I have built and designed this house myself finished 2018. My ambition has been to create a hideaway where one will find time for recovering. It is an ideal place to spend a week for enjoying silence and nature as well as having a base for an active life with bicycling or enjoining the fantastic surrounding areas on “Värmdö”. walking te. New for this year is a commuter boat going to Stockholm, a 70-minute ride. It is a fantastic way to see some archipelagoes, and you will see the dotted line on the water on the map. It is a 30-40 min walk to the boat from your house, your Google maps on your phone, and you will be fine. Returning to Gustavsberg, you can take the bus from Slussen, a 30-minute ride. From Gustavsberg Centrum, it is a 2-km walk back to the house. There is a bus connection to Betsede, but you have to look at the timetable and use Google Maps. I don't know if you have used the fantastic function on Google Maps, where you can get all the departure times for buses and boats very simply. You Zoom in on the map, and you will see a symbol for a bus or a boat. Click on this, and you will get the timetable. If you want to go by car to Stockholm, I recommend that you park the vehicle in Gustavsberg Centrum and take the bus. From Gustavsberg, there is a Bus every 10 minutes. Take the blue bus; it is express. You can also take your car to Nacka Strand and park down by the water. Look on the map on the wall and your Google map, and you will find the way. From there, commuter boats go into Stockholm every 15 minutes, and it is a 20-minute ride. It's very nice. You pay your ticket with your credit card; just hold it over a pay machine, you don't need cash. More, You will find a good bakery in Gustavsbergs Centrum by the bus station, named Delseius. There are two shopping centers where you can buy food; you can see them marked on the map on the wall. To buy alcohol, you must go to the Systembolaget; you will find a small shop by the bus station and another in Mölnvik next to Mcdonald's, where you can also buy food. There are also some nice restaurants in Gustavsberg's harbor that you can explore. Remember to go to the museum Artipilag close to Gustavsberg. See the map. It is a lovely place to see an attractive building in the middle of the forest and have lunch, 40 min walk from Gustavsberg center alongside the water or 10 min by car from your house.
