Beautiful spacious house in Rotterdam near beach

Welcome in our beautiful spacious house (160 sq. m) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. With 2 bathrooms (and 2 extra separate toilets) and 4-5 bedrooms, we are able to accommodate bigger groups to spend a great weekend or week in Rotterdam! With public transport nearby, as well as all of the shops you'll need and a beach at the "Zevenhuizerplas", our house has the perfect location for your trip! The space Layout of the house: Ground floor: As soon as you walk into the house, you will enter the cosy kitchen. The kitchen includes all the modern equipment you'll need for you stay in Rotterdam. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine. The living area is big and cosy, also because of the fire place. And with a great entertainment system and projection screen of 3 meters you won't get bored! With a big glass door you'll enter the garden (situated towards the south) with a sitting area and a barbeque. On the ground floor is also a toilet and a store closet. 1st floor On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a doublebed of 200x200 cm (!). Also a fan is available in this room. Next to this room is the study. Here stands a bedcloset which can be transformed into a doublebed of 160x200 cm in a matter of seconds. This room also gives access to the big balcony located towards the south. There is another room which is the closet/make up room. You can put extra mattresses if needed to create extra beds. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower (rain shower) and a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet. 2nd floor On the second floor there is another room with 2 beds. One which is 120x200cm and another bedcloset which can be transformed into an singlebed of 90x200cm. Next to this room is another bedroom with a single bed of 80x200cm. This bed can also be transformed into a double bed of 160x200cm. This floor also contains a second bathroom with a shower and toilet and an separate laundry room. Extra's We also have loads of toys and a big collection of boardgames. Other things to note When you'll arrive, we will make sure there is a guide with: - guides for the equipment - wifi - contactinfo - tips for Rotterdam Since we live in a quiet neighborhood, no late partying/loud music is allowed. We prefer couples or friends older than 25 years old, or with good reviews. You are also not allowed to use drugs. For now, almost all the available dates are booked for 2020.
