A cosy cottage near M1/J27 Sherwood Business Park

Enjoy a peaceful stay in my cosy, comfortable little cottage. The first floor double bedroom is a calming space for you to relax, unwind and sleep. Downstairs is a shared open plan lounge with a wood burner, dining area and kitchen, backing onto an enclosed, tranquil court yard. The business park is just a 10 minute walk. With free on street parking right outside, it's perfect for guests wishing to leave the car and start the day stress free. A base for visiting friends and family. The space Situated close to shops, a bistro and micropub, it is also local to nearby attractions as Annesley Hall and church, Lord Byron's former home at Newstead Abbey, Hollingwood golf course and Sherwood Forest. Nottingham is 9 miles away - a local bus leaves nearby - historic town of Southwell 15 miles, Newark 20 miles, Matlock Bath and the Peak District 40 minutes. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house and are welcome to watch television in the main sitting room or sit and chat in front of a wood burning stove in the chilly winter months. Equally, for peace and quiet if you don't wish to be disturbed you can feel right at home in the comfort of your own room. For your convenience there is a microwave and cooker available for you to heat up a meal in the evening with full use of crockery, cutlery and glassware available. There is a choice of breakfast options to help yourself. Cereals, toast and preserves, fresh and/or instant tea and coffee. Please let me know if you have any specific requirements or allergies. In the warmer months you are welcome to use the courtyard for dining alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine. The bedroom is equipped with fresh towels and bed linen and there are a toiletries available in the bathroom should you run short or come without. During your stay I will be on hand to answer any questions and provide information about the local area. There are a selection of leaflets and information for the lo al and wider attractions. Other things to note The nightly rate is for one guest and includes a help-youself breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, toast and a selection of jam, fruit juice, choice of tea and fresh coffee. Additional guest rate is £12 per night with breakfast. Packed lunches available by arrangement. Laundry facilities can be provided for longer staying guests by arrangement.
