Condo is fully equipped with kitchen, bath and beach essentials. The slider leads out to a covered outdoor seating area. There’s also a common deck area, with tables, chairs and umbrellas for outdoor dining, a community grill for your use, where you can enjoy nightly sunsets over dinner! Complimentary wifi. Coin operated laundry facilities located on ground floor, just off main entrance. Condo is conveniently located at the split of Ocean Blvd. & Ashworth Avenue, at the beginning of the dining/shopping strip, across from main beach. Recently built bathhouse & outdoor shower available, at closest entrance to the beach. 1 minute walk to area activities, restaurants, bars and shops. Guest access Dedicated, covered parking space for the duration of your stay, at no additional cost. Parking space is located directly below the condo suite. Additional paid public parking is available on Ashworth Avenue, directly across the street from the condominium complex. Ashworth Avenue is a one-way 2-lane roadway, heading southbound. All cross streets between main strip (Ocean Boulevard) and Ashworth Avenue are alphabetical, with nearest cross street being A Street.
