In our detached house, we offer a great, freshly renovated separate apartment in the basement with 90 sqm of living space for up to 4 people. Your vacation home is in a quiet, idyllic location in an upscale residential area, on the beautiful western outskirts of Minden. The Mittelland Canal with its many leisure facilities is nearby. Due to the basement location, the rooms are wonderfully cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter thanks to underfloor heating and generous radiators. In the spacious, sunny living room (28 sqm) with couch and 2 separate single beds, cable TV, the eat-in kitchen (18 m²) with sofa bed, dining set, fitted kitchen with dishwasher... and the bedroom (18 m²) with double bed/2 single beds, you will feel comfortable. Our guests can also look forward to a nice new bathroom. The entire house is very soundproofed. All windows can be completely darkened by means of roller shutters, but alternatively the curtains can also be closed. The preferred location directly on the Mittelland Canal with its extensive green spaces offers many opportunities for various leisure and outdoor activities in every season.
