Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames. Please note the fee per night also includes Airbnb’s platform fee The space The Property is in Lower Shiplake a lovely village 2 miles from Henley Town Centre on a private road . 5 mins off the Thames Path ideal for walkers. Plenty of outdoor space. 5 mins walk to the River Thames & Train Station. We also have a lovely new river boat which sits 8 - which is available to rent during the late spring & summer a lovely way to see the local area. 40 mins by car To Legoland & Lapland UK Guest access Garden and Drive on site space for 2/3 cars. You can choose Host or Self Check In both are available. No contact with Owners available at this property if that’s your preference. Other things to note Entrance is to the side of the main house - There is a step into the property so not suitable for wheelchair access unfortunately. Airbnb have changed the way they display the total night fees recently so you do not see the charge they are paid per booking per night so please do note my nightly charge is lower than the amount you are shown as with regards to feedback. I usually charge between £80 - £85 unless local events are taking place such as Regatta & Rewind
