Fristerhof is a renovated farmhouse from 1728, located in the middle of the Düffel/Millingerwaard nature reserve, near Kleve and Nijmegen. The vacation home has its own entrance, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Ideal for families and groups: The large terrace and garden with soccer field, trampoline, fire pit and swimming pool (in summer) are for your exclusive use. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and the towels will be ready. The space Fristerhof combines the atmosphere of an authentic farmhouse with the comfort of today. The house is spacious enough to be together with the whole family or group of friends, with plenty of places to retreat to as well. LIVING & COOKING - Spacious living room overlooking the garden and with French doors to the terrace and a large table for 14 to 16 people - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, 2 electric hobs each with 4 burners, fridge with freezer and dishwasher - Satellite TV, radio, DVD player, Wi-Fi and board games SLEEPING (6 bedrooms, sleeps 14) - Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds - Second floor: 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping accommodations (accessible via the stairs) - All beds are made upon arrival; there is no need to bring bedding BATHROOMS - On each floor, a bathroom with a toilet - One bathroom with bathtub/shower, the other with a luxurious shower - Towel packages are included OUTDOOR - Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - Large garden with a soccer field, trampoline, swing, fire pit, and sandpit - Swimming pool from June (in good weather) FOR FAMILIES - 2 highchairs, 2 cribs and 2 camping beds available - The house and garden are enclosed and for your exclusive use, so children can play freely. Guest access You have the entire vacation home, the terrace and the garden at your disposal. The house has its own entrance, and you check in yourself using a key lockbox at the front door. You can park cars under the carport; larger cars and RVs can be parked on the driveway or on the grass. You can store bikes in the shed. Other things to note - Dogs are welcome after consultation; please let us know before arrival (for a fee) - Parties, loud music and events are not allowed, as the house is located in a protected nature reserve. - The heating is automated: the thermostatic valves are not adjustable, but the thermostat in the living room is. - Use of the washing machine is possible for a small fee. - The bedrooms on the second floor are only accessible via the stairs
