The Guest has at disposal a Private Studio with kitchen, private bathroom, security safe and a SMART HD TV, all for the Guest's exclusive use. The Studio is located next to the city centre, 10 minutes walking distance from the central Vittorio Veneto Square. Although behind the University Campus Einaudi and the lively area of Vanchiglia, the Studio lies in a quiet street. Jogging and nature lovers will enjoy the paths along the two nearby rivers (Po and Dora), the hill and the Colletta park. The space The Studio is brand new (recently renovated), has a new branded kitchen (with 2 induction stoves, fridge, water kettle, microwave/grill oven) and a private bathroom with a washing machine. In the kitchen the guest will find cereals for breakfast, pasta, tea and coffee and basics to cook (sugar, salt, vinegar,...). The cleaning of the flat is done mainly (but not exclusively) with natural and organic products. The cookwares in the kitchen are mainly made of steel or PFOA free (and hence not detrimental to our health). Food in the kitchen is high quality, mostly organic. At guest's disposal, there is an air fan (in summer), a Smart HD TV (with included the subscription to Netflix, AmazonPrime, DisneyPlus and RaiPlay) a security safe and a cordless telephone with unlimited free calls to mobile and fixed landline numbers in Italy. There is a WiFi Internet connection (High-Speed Optical fibre) and three USB sockets in the wall (next to the regular sockets) to charge your phone or other electronic devices. Guest access The Studio, with its kitchen and bathroom, is for the exclusive use of the Guest. The Guest will enter the Studio from a small hallway, which shared with another Studio. Other things to note The required deposit is mainly due for the key of the armoured house door - which is very expansive to replace in case of its lost. The Studio is on the first floor of the building and there is no elevator. The Studio is available for longer rentals (more months) at a further discounted price. Further guests spending the night at home - in addition to the ones of the booking - will be charged 19€ per night. Sometimes at evenings there is noise caused by restaurant's customers downstairs. When it happens, this noise ends latest at midnight. In case the noise results too loud, there are earplugs at guest's disposal. The host is available for any eventuality.
